Technical Project Manager

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives across data, systems, and application environments. This role is ideal for someone who brings a strong technical foundation and has grown into leading project delivery, operating comfortably between business and technology teams.


You’ll be part of a Technical Project Management team that emphasizes collaboration, strong delivery, and continuous improvement. The team is supported by experienced leadership who provide direction, guidance, and mentorship across engagements, creating an environment where you can develop your skills while contributing to high-impact work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead delivery of complex projects across areas such as data platforms, ERP systems, process automation, and application development 
  • Partner with business and technical stakeholders to define scope, priorities, and execution approach 
  • Translate business needs into clear, actionable plans for technical teams 
  • Drive project structure, timelines, and accountability to ensure successful outcomes 
  • Identify risks and proactively manage issues throughout the project lifecycle 
  • Facilitate communication across teams, including senior stakeholders 
  • Apply sound technical judgment when evaluating approaches, tradeoffs, and solution direction 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, technology preferred
  • 4–8 years of experience in a technical or delivery-focused role (such as, development, business analysis, data, or systems implementation) 
  • Experience working on large or complex technology initiatives 
  • Strong working knowledge of project management principles using Azure DevOps or Jira within Agile and Waterfall delivery models, with demonstrated application in real project environments 
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences 
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and bring structure to evolving requirements 
  • Solid understanding of technical design principles and common design patterns, with the ability to engage in solution-level discussions and challenge direction when needed 
  • Exposure to modern data and cloud ecosystems, such as: 

Azure (Data Services), Databricks, Microsoft Fabric 

Data integration and analytics tools like Alteryx 

Process automation platforms such as UiPath
