Marketing Presentation Manager

Position Summary
The Marketing Presentation Manager is a highly execution‑focused role responsible for translating complex inputs, ideas, and direction into clear, compelling executive‑ and board‑level presentations. The role is deeply hands‑on in PowerPoint and supports a wide range of business needs from strategic initiatives and leadership communications to planning, decision support, and cross‑functional alignment. The successful candidate will possess strong curiosity, an ability to understand business objectives, and the judgment to translate direction into clear, compelling executive‑level and board materials.

 

The role operates as a shared service within Commercial function and supports key corporate stakeholders by delivering reliable, accurate, and professional presentation outputs that meet enterprise standards.

 

The Marketing Presentation Manager is a full-time, remote, exempt position based in India and reports to the Director, Marketing Communications.


Specific Responsibilities

Presentation Execution & Production

  • Build, format, and refine high-quality PowerPoint presentations to support executive decision‑making and alignment, including but not limited to materials for the Executive Committee, Board of Directors, investor supplementals, RFP finalists, QBRs, EBRs, internal company presentations, and other priority initiatives across the business.
  • Partner with stakeholders to synthesize loose ideas, verbal direction, and incomplete source materials into cohesive, executive-ready slide narratives.
  • Bring a sharp design eye to every slide—ensuring impeccable formatting, clean layout, logical flow, precise labeling, and strong visual hierarchy.


PowerPoint Design & Slide Production

  • Demonstrate expert-level fluency in Microsoft PowerPoint, with the ability to build presentations end-to-end from outline or draft content to final, executive-ready decks.
  • Build slides and graphics directly in PowerPoint, including custom layouts, frameworks, charts, tables, timelines, and simplified diagrams.
  • Apply strong judgment around slide structure, hierarchy, spacing, labeling, and readability for senior and executive audiences.
  • Ensure all slides are polished, accurate, visually consistent, and aligned to established enterprise presentation standards.


Quality & Stakeholder Support

  • Ensure presentations meet established enterprise standards for clarity, accuracy, and professionalism.
  • Identify errors, inconsistencies, or unclear content and flag them for correction.
  • Manage multiple presentation requests simultaneously and meet tight deadlines during peak cycles.


Skills

  • Demonstrated ability to listen carefully, take direction, synthesize input, and independently progress work without requiring constant direction or rework.
  • Growth mindset: actively seeks feedback, learns new tools and standards quickly, and iterates on work to continuously improve quality and speed.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and visual consistency.
  • Ability to work from structured inputs and independently produce polished, executive-ready slides.
  • Expert English language fluency required.


Experience

  • Healthcare, health IT, or B2B technology experience preferred but not required.
  • 4–6 years of hands-on experience producing professional PowerPoint presentations in a corporate, consulting, or enterprise environment.
