CIBSE (the Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers) is the professional body that exists to advance and promote the art, science and practice of building services engineering, to invest in education and research, and to support our community of built environment professionals in their pursuit of excellence. About the role
CIBSE is looking for a dynamic Head of Training (HOT). The Institution is a charity which plays a critical role in a growing and changing built environment sector. We are currently expanding and diversifying to support our strategic goals to improve performance and safety, health, sustainability and achieve net zero carbon in the built environment.
This is an exciting time to join CIBSE, which is undergoing modernisation in its internal processes and culture. The successful candidate will have an opportunity to grow and develop an already flourishing training business. Training members and non-members is a key pillar of CIBSE’s mission to support the science, art and practice of building services.
What you will do
To lead the training team in delivering market leading training courses, developing new ones and ensuring the profession are kept up to date with information that enables them to keep up to date and relevant. The successful candidate will join the management team that are driving change in knowledge, training and events across building services and the wider built environment.
