Personal Banker

Position Summary:

The Personal Banker is a vital position to the company. Focused on building relationships with customers, the Personal Banker is responsible for direct referral generation, customer service, accurate and timely processing of transactions, opening of new accounts and services, business development, and holding an operational expertise in teller functions. Duties include administrative tasks, reporting, and vault balancing. Also responsible for competently knowing all bank products and services and security procedures. The Personal Banker will perform various other duties and projects to aid in overall Bank success. The Personal Banker can serve to make operational calls in the absence of the branch leader.
