Role:

Kyriba Implementation Analyst

Location:

• Location: India – 100% remote  
• Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9 hour shift, 1:00pm – 9:00pm IST

What you'll do

• Provide TMS subject-matter expertise to client engagements, involving assessment, treasury process transformation, vendor selections, and TMS implementations
• Assist in driving full scope of system implementation activities, including gathering functional and technical requirements, designing solution, building interfaces and systems, completing testing cycles, delivering training, and deploying the final product
• Lead configurations, train clients on technical solutions, and ensure quality of delivery and all deliverables, including process documentation and UAT scripts

• Prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasks while setting stakeholder expectations and meeting deadlines

• Consistently follow all firm policies and guidance

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field of study; Treasury credentials are a plus (CTP, software certifications, etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; can clearly convey complex business concepts to project stakeholders
• Strong leadership skills and executive presence
• Effective organizational skills and ability to manage multiple and competing priorities
• Strong PowerPoint skills
• Ability to maintain and enhance the Clearsulting culture – build meaningful relationships with clients and colleagues and demonstrate the Clearsulting Core Values each day

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience driving strategy to improve delivery and sales outcomes
• Experience with Kyriba or similar Treasury Management Systems (TMS); 1+ Kyriba certification and/or implementation of these systems is a plus

• Experience providing TMS subject-matter expertise to client engagements, involving assessment, treasury process transformation, vendor selections, and TMS implementations

• Demonstrable experience driving exceptional customer satisfaction

• This role is full-time and will be employed through an Employer of Record (EOR). The name of the EOR is DEEL. Clearsulting will direct day‑to‑day responsibilities, while DEEL will serve as the legal employer and handle all administrative employment responsibilities, including: payroll, statutory benefits, and compliance.

The compensation range for this position is $21-32 LPA. We are committed to ensuring our offers reflect the value each candidate brings to the role. Final salary placement will be based upon several factors, including, level of expertise, relevant work experience, technology certifications, educational background and alignment with industry standards.
