
About the Role
As a Territory Business Manager, Women’s Health, you will serve as the business owner for your region, driving awareness, adoption, and growth of Conceptra’s portfolio across healthcare providers and women’s health organizations.
You’ll build trusted relationships with OBGYNs, nurse practitioners, and clinic staff, translating scientific knowledge into meaningful solutions that improve access to care. This is an opportunity to join a mission-driven company and grow your career in a fast-evolving therapeutic space.
What You’ll Do
· Develop and execute a territory business plan to achieve or exceed sales targets.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, clinic staff, and key decision-makers.
· Educate healthcare providers on product benefits, clinical differentiation, and appropriate use while maintaining compliance with industry regulations.
· Analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable territory strategies.
· Use multiple engagement channels — in-person and digital — to drive meaningful, compliant customer interactions.
· Leverage value-based selling and account management techniques to expand product utilization.
· Collaborate cross-functionally with Inside Sales, Managed Markets, Medical Affairs, and Patient Support to ensure seamless access for patients.
· Maintain accurate CRM documentation, expense reporting, and timely completion of required training.
· Uphold Conceptra’s standards of professionalism, integrity, and full regulatory compliance in every interaction.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university required.
· 2–3 years of quota-driven sales experience in B2B sales or healthcare-related industry experience.
· Proven record of achieving or exceeding territory sales goals.
· Experience launching or introducing new products preferred.
· Strong business planning, territory management, and analytical skills.
· Demonstrated ability to influence clinical and business decision-makers.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
· Must reside within the assigned territory and hold a valid driver’s license.
· Willingness to travel regionally; occasional overnight travel required.
