Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager/Manager – HR to manage both Recruitment and HR Operations functions with a strong focus on US Mortgage hiring, HR process management, reporting, and stakeholder coordination. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, team management, HR operations, MIS reporting, and process governance.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for US Mortgage and related business functions
• Manage sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer rollout, and onboarding
• Handle recruiter allocation, productivity tracking, and hiring delivery
• Drive hiring through multiple channels including vendors, portals, referrals, and internal databases
• Track recruitment metrics including TAT, source mix, funnel conversion, and offer-tojoin ratio
• Manage vendor relationships and improve hiring efficiency
• Partner with business stakeholders for workforce planning and hiring updates
• Handle escalations and ensure timely closures
HR Operations Responsibilities
• Support and manage employee onboarding and documentation processes
• Coordinate employee lifecycle activities including confirmation, transfers, attendance, and exit formalities
• Maintain employee records, HR trackers, and compliance documentation
• Ensure adherence to HR policies, process governance, and data accuracy
• Support HR audits and operational reporting requirements
• Coordinate with payroll, compliance, and business HR teams as required
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives
Reporting & MIS (Mandatory)
• Own recruitment and HR operations dashboards
• Prepare leadership MIS and analytical reports
• Generate funnel analysis, hiring trends, and operational reports
• Create and manage pivot tables, charts, trackers, and Excel-based dashboards
• Ensure data discipline and reporting accuracy
Required Skills
• Strong understanding of Recruitment and HR Operations processes
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
• Team handling and mentoring experience
• Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Charts, Dashboards)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Eligibility Criteria
• 7–12 years of experience in HR Recruitment and HR Operations
• Mandatory experience in team handling
• Experience in US Mortgage hiring preferred
• Exposure to employee lifecycle management and HR operations activities
• Strong reporting, MIS, and dashboard management skills
