Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Jaipur office. This role is responsible for ensuring a smooth, safe, and efficient workplace by managing facilities, vendors, office services, and internal events.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, operationally strong, and enjoys creating a well-run, positive office environment for employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
1. Office Administration & Facilities Management (Jaipur Office)

  • Oversee end-to-end office administration and daily operations.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of infrastructure, facilities, and workplace services.
  • Manage office supplies, workspace planning, and maintenance activities.
  • Coordinate with vendors for housekeeping, security, IT support, and repairs.
  • Handle vendor onboarding, invoice processing, approvals, and coordination with Finance for timely payments.
  • Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and workplace standards.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related queries and requests.

2. Vendor & Service Management

  • Identify, onboard, and manage vendors for office and facility services.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, security, IT support, repair, and maintenance vendors.
  • Handle vendor contracts, renewals, and performance tracking.
  • Process vendor invoices and coordinate with Finance for timely payments.
  • Ensure service quality and cost-effective vendor partnerships.


3. Workplace Experience & Internal Events

  • Organize office celebrations, team events, and workplace activities.
  • Manage logistics for internal meetings, workshops, and office gatherings.
  • Coordinate arrangements for leadership visits and company meetings.
  • Ensure meeting rooms, office spaces, and event areas are well prepared.
  • Coordinate leadership visits, town halls, and company-wide programs.
  • Plan and manage logistics for workshops, internal events, and engagement activities.

4.  Office Operations & Process Improvement

  • Build and streamline administrative processes to improve efficiency.
  • Maintain trackers and reports related to vendors, expenses, and office operations.
  • Monitor budgets for office administration and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Continuously identify ways to enhance workplace experience and operational effectiveness.


Qualifications & Experience

  • 4–6 years of experience in Office Administration, Facilities, or Workplace Operations.
  • Hands-on experience managing office operations and vendors end-to-end.
  • Proven experience organizing internal events and managing office logistics.
  • Proven ability to plan and execute employee events, town halls, and engagement programs end-to-end.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth, or multinational environment, managing multiple stakeholders and priorities.
