The Operations Supervisor – Collections leads the day-to-day performance of an assigned collections operation, translating the daily route plan into on-time, in-full service. • KPI Responsibilities
The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for meeting department Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) once they are established.
