We are currently looking for a Fulfillment Center Clerk to join our distribution center. In this role, you will work closely with the Warehouse Operator to support the smooth execution of daily logistics operations. The ideal candidate is friendly, resourceful, detail-oriented, and reliable. This position offers a great opportunity to play an active role in the growth of a young, fast-growing Canadian company and to contribute to building a strong, customer-focused culture.


What you'll be doing

  • Unload containers and safely handle merchandise by placing items onto pallets.
  • Actively contribute to the organization and optimization of the warehouse, including sorting, inventory counts, and space improvements.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized work environment on a daily basis.
  • Receive, sort, and inspect returned items to ensure quality standards are met and items are restocked when applicable.
  • Prepare orders with attention to detail, including picking merchandise and printing/applying shipping labels.
  • Work closely with the warehouse operator, Customer Happiness Managers, and the Operations team to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
  • Support various warehouse-related tasks as needed, based on operational priorities.

We'd love to hear from you if you have

  • 1–2+ years of experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or logistics environment. 
  • Ability to work physically for extended periods (standing, lifting up to 49 lbs / 22 kg, working in variable temperatures). 
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes consistently. 
  • Comfort working with inspections, quality checks, and basic documentation. 
  • High school diploma or equivalent. 
  • Experience in quality control, returns processing, or furniture handling is a plus. 
  • Experience in small teams or start-up environments is a plus. 

 

What We Offer:  

  • Competitive hourly wage of $21/hour.
  • 40 hours/week with paid overtime. 
  • Monday to Friday day shifts from 12:30 pm to 9 pm
