About the role


As a Customer Support Manager, you will be the driving force behind our customer satisfaction initiatives. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our support team delivers top-notch service to our valued customers. You will be tasked with strategizing, implementing, and maintaining effective support practices to meet and exceed customer expectations while supporting the growth and development of your team.


What you'll do

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of customer support representatives to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Monitor and analyze customer support metrics and feedback to continuously improve our support processes.
  • Handle escalated customer issues with empathy and professionalism, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
  • Implement and maintain customer support tools and systems to optimize efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align customer support initiatives with company goals and objectives.
  • Develop and deliver training programs and materials to enhance the skills and knowledge of the support team.
  • Report on the performance of the customer support team to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, communication, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a customer support managerial role with a track record of driving customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Proficiency in customer support software and tools.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to make informed decisions.
