Help create memorable stays at The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa! As a Guest Services Agent, you'll be at the center of the guest experience—welcoming visitors, solving problems, and ensuring every interaction reflects the exceptional service our resort is known for. What You'll Do Includes:

• Welcome guests with a friendly, professional approach while delivering seamless check-in and check-out experiences.
• Manage incoming calls, respond to guest requests, and provide timely assistance to both internal departments and external callers.
• Deliver thoughtful, personalized service by anticipating guest needs and resolving questions with confidence and care.
• Coordinate guest requests by communicating with Service Express Runners and hotel teams using the resort's radio communication system.
• Process cash and credit card transactions accurately while maintaining a polished, service-oriented experience at the front desk.

Employment Type: Full Time, Year Round

Pay Rate: $22/ hour 

Schedule: 7:00am - 3:30pm or 2:30pm - 11:00pm, 5 days/week

Success in This Role Looks Like:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States on an ongoing basis, without a specific end date
• You have previous customer service experience and enjoy interacting with people.
• Experience in a luxury hotel or resort setting helps you hit the ground running but isn't required.
