About the Role

The Valet/Bellman is responsible for delivering outstanding guest service through the warm and efficient handling of guest arrivals and departures, valet vehicle services, luggage assistance, and support with owner storage needs. This role plays a vital part in the first and last impression of the property and supports a seamless and welcoming experience for all guests and residents.

Duties

• Greet guest and owners warmly upon arrival and departure 
• Assist guest with loading/unloading luggage and delivering items to guests rooms 
• Provide valet parking services by safely driving and parking guest vehicles in designated areas 
• Retrieve guest vehicles promptly upon request
• Maintain a clean and organized bell/valet area, including luggage carts and workstations 
• Offer directions, property information, and assistance with guest inquiries
• Communicate effectively with the concierge, front desk, and other departments to coordinate guest needs
• Maintain proper documentation for vehicle keys, claim tickets, and guest interactions
• Ensure all guest requests are handled promptly and professionally
• Report any damage to vehicles or guest property immediately to management
• Retrieve and store owner items in designated secured storage areas as requested
• Ensure owner storage is organized, clearly labeled, and inventoried accurately
• Maintain storage logs and follow internal protocols for handling personal property

About You

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Previous guest service experience a plus, but not required
