Lead the residential experience at Mauna Kea Residences, where exceptional service, meticulous property care, and world-class hospitality come together on Hawaiʻi’s Kohala Coast. As Director of Property Management, you’ll lead the teams responsible for every detail of the resident and guest experience—from property services and housekeeping to maintenance and guest services—setting the standard for how luxury residential living should feel. Location: Mauna Kea Residences, Kohala Coast (Kamuela/Waimea), HI
Start Date: 11/1/2026
Employment Status: Full Time, Year Round
Pay Rate: $100k - $120k/year
Schedule: Typically 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday with weekends as needed
