Looking to be part of a forward-thinking team that's reshaping IT solutions in Perth? Epic IT is your destination for professional growth, cutting-edge technology, and meaningful work.
Every new managed client Epic IT signs comes through you first. You take a signed agreement and turn it into a working relationship: the full agreement stack built, access wrestled off an outgoing provider who's in no hurry to hand it over, every system documented, and billing correct from day one. Hand the client to service delivery and there's nothing left to find. The hard part isn't running the checklist, it's noticing the one item that quietly didn't happen, and that's exactly what we're hiring for.
Build the client's entire agreement stack in our billing platform, master and child agreements, additions, work roles and work types, before the first invoice ever goes out. Get this wrong and the client's paying for the wrong thing from day one.
Go through every access, credential and documentation gap the outgoing provider leaves behind, and there's always a gap. Cross-check what Epic IT already holds against a full onboarding register covering domains, DNS, M365 and identity, servers, network, backup and line-of-business apps, then chase the incumbent for what's missing until they hand it over.
Stand up the client's Microsoft 365 tenant under Epic IT's delegated management: admin delegation, licence assignment, and the right subscription tier locked in through our licensing distributor from the start.
Transfer domains into Epic IT's management and migrate DNS zones onto our platform without the client's email or website so much as blinking.
Onboard the client onto Epic IT's security, backup and awareness-training stack, and make sure every platform is counted, licensed and billed correctly, not just switched on and forgotten.
Capture the environment in our documentation platform properly, so service delivery inherits a complete record, not a half-built one they have to fix while they're meant to be supporting the client.
Run the onboard as one coordinated piece of work, not a pile of disconnected tasks. Keep the client, the account manager and the technical team aligned, and be able to say, at any point, exactly what's done and what's still open.
Don't close the onboard until the client is billing-correct and fully handed over. No loose threads for service delivery to trip over later.
