About the role

As Supply Chain Lead you will be responsible for ensuring optimal inventory levels across our worldwide Supply Chain as well as costs optimization, with the goal to support the $250M Revenue target by December 2027. This role will cover all channels in which our top-seller brand sells in.

What you will do:

  • Define and execute the Inventory Planning strategy, to ensure optimum inventory levels across all sales channels and geographic locations (e.g. define inventory replenishment and reordering targets/parameters, Demand forecast review…)
  • Ensure the execution of the Inventory Planning strategy by the Inventory Analysts/Administrators team in charge (located in the Philippines, reporting indirectly to you) and the Procurement teams (US/China)
  • Monitor and report on Daily/Weekly/Monthly inventory performance to Brand Management and Supply Chain Leadership teams, anticipate and mitigate any risks linked to Out of Stock or Overstock situations
  • Manage our suppliers relationships and performance (weekly, monthly, quaterly review)
  • Lead strategic projects to optimize our Supply Chain (e.g. 3PL warehouse performance improvement, Supply Chain costs optimization incl. Suppliers negotiations, Suppliers partnership/relationship management, FBA inbound performance optimization, Packaging optimization, Inventory planning tools & processes automation, etc.)
  • Reinforce our supply chain processes especially on retail
  • As our brand is in hypergrowth (>100% YoY), you will be in a unique situation that will require out-of-the-box thinking to support the ambitious goal, while ensuring that we leverage all the platform scalable capabilities.

Who you are:

  • Master’s degree (Engineering, Business or similar field)
  • From 5 to 10 years of experience in Supply Chain (Forecasting, Supply Planning, Supplier Management , Inventory management, Logistics, etc.). E-commerce experience is a plus
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office programs (Excel, Word...) or Google Suite programs
  • Fluent written and verbal communication in English
  • Ability to analyze data, draw conclusions and make recommendations.
  • Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced / high ambition environment
  • Ability to drive results through others
  • High level of organization, impeccable attention to detail, capacity to figure out complex problems without a lot of oversight
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills

The estimated salary range for this role is $120 - $140K per year. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, and location.
