  • Align planning outputs with financial budgets, capital planning, and product launch timelines in partnership with Finance and Engineering stakeholders.

Sourcing & Procurement:

  • Set sourcing strategy for key categories and supplier segments, balancing cost, quality, resilience, and scalability to support deployment and cost-reduction targets.
  • Oversee procurement operations, including purchase order issuance, supplier quoting, and pricing and delivery negotiations, ensuring goods and services are secured on schedule and within budget.
  • Guide supplier relationship management and performance governance, including business reviews, scorecards, and escalation of systemic supplier issues.
  • Partner with Legal and Finance on commercial terms, contract structures, and supplier risk mitigation for strategic sourcing and procurement agreements.

  • Own enterprise inventory strategy, including stocking policy, safety-stock and buffer positioning, and inventory investment tradeoffs across the network.
  • Drive continuous improvement and automation across logistics and inventory processes to improve service levels, reduce cost, and scale operations with company growth.
  • Monitor and mitigate supply chain risk, including component shortages, supplier disruption, and logistics constraints, developing contingency and continuity plans for critical categories and lanes.
  • Organizational Leadership & Cross-Functional Partnership:
  • Build, lead, and develop the supply chain leadership team, establishing goals, accountability, and a culture of continuous improvement across the function.
  • Partner with Engineering, Construction, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to align supply chain capacity and priorities with company-wide plans and commitments.
