Are you a driven commercial professional ready to take ownership of your success? At Evotix, we’re looking for a Business Development Representative to spearhead our inbound and outbound prospecting and fuel our regional growth.


In this role you will be partnering with Marketing and Account Executives, you will own the strategy for your target accounts. You'll use multi-threaded outreach to engage key stakeholders and convert research into high-value opportunities. This isn’t about volume; success means generating the high-quality pipeline that directly drives revenue.

What You'll Do

  • Managing both inbound and outbound prospecting across the EMEA region.
  • Researching target accounts and engaging multiple stakeholders through thoughtful, multi-threaded outreach.
  • Qualifying opportunities before introducing them to our Account Executives.
  • Partnering with Sales on account strategies and helping create pipeline that converts into revenue.
  • Continuously building expertise in our customers, industry, products, and competitors.

What you'll bring

Essential:

  • Experience in business development, sales, or another customer-facing commercial role.
  • A track record of achieving goals and delivering results.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent organization and time management.
  • Curiosity and a desire to continuously learn and improve.
  • Resilience, optimism, and a competitive mindset.
  • A collaborative approach and strong team ethic.

Bonus points:

  • Previously held a BDR/SDR, or inside sales role.
  • Confident with both inbound and outbound prospecting.
  • Experience contacting mid-market or enterprise organisations.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesloft, or similar tools.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • A history of exceeding performance targets.
  • Experience using CRM or sales technology is an advantage.
