Job Description

As the Security Field Lead at Extrity Services, you will be instrumental in supporting day-to-day field operations across multiple client sites while serving as a resource and mentor for security personnel. Your contribution will be pivotal in maintaining service excellence, ensuring operational consistency, and upholding Extrity Services' commitment to security and professionalism.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Support the Security Field Supervisor in overseeing daily security operations across assigned client sites
• Conduct routine site visits to ensure officers are meeting performance expectations, following post orders, and maintaining professional standards
• Provide field support and guidance to security personnel while fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork
• Assist with shift coverage, including filling open shifts and responding to last-minute staffing needs when necessary
• Perform quality assurance checks and document observations related to site operations and officer performance
• Act as a point of contact for field personnel, escalating operational concerns and incidents to the Security Field Supervisor as needed
• Assist with onboarding and field training of new security officers, ensuring compliance with company policies and site-specific procedures
• Respond to incidents and support de-escalation efforts while maintaining a calm and professional presence
• Assist with uniform, equipment, and resource accountability across assigned sites
• Prepare and submit field activity reports, site visit summaries, and operational updates to leadership

What You'll Bring:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in security, law enforcement, military, or a related field
• Previous experience in a lead, trainer, or supervisory support role preferred
• Strong understanding of security operations, emergency response procedures, and customer service principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with team members and clients
• Ability to coach, mentor, and support security personnel in a professional manner
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with leadership
• Flexibility to work varying schedules and respond to operational needs, including emergency shift coverage
• Commitment to professionalism, reliability, and service excellence
