Product Manager - Inara (Bilingual in Arabic/English)

Job Summary:

This role centers around defining and driving the product vision for Inara, FluidAI's AI-powered patient education and engagement platform. We're looking for a Product Manager who is bilingual in Arabic and English, with a strong foundation in healthcare software, clinical workflows, and cross-functional team leadership to help us scale Inara into a production-grade product deployed across hospitals internationally.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive the Inara product roadmap, defining features and milestones that deliver measurable value to patients and care teams.
  • Write and maintain PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria to keep engineering, design, and clinical teams aligned.
  • Manage project timelines, cross-functional dependencies, and delivery milestones to keep the team on track across concurrent workstreams.
  • Leverage AI-powered development tools (e.g., vibe coding, LLM-assisted workflows) to accelerate product delivery and prototyping.
  • Engage directly with hospitals clients and clinical stakeholders to gather requirements, validate product decisions, and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Translate regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA, PHIPA) to product specifications and ensure compliance.
  • Define and drive Interoperability strategy, working with engineering to align Inara with healthcare data standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR)
  • Devise deployment strategy for local and international hospitals depending on their infrastructure and IT policies.
  • Assist in conducting technical risk and privacy Impact assessments.
  • Support other teams with product needs as required.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of product management experience with demonstrated ownership of a full product lifecycle from discovery through product launch.
  • Strong ability to write clear PRDs and translate ambiguous clinical or commercial problems into actionable product specifications.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare software product development and its implications on security, privacy, and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of mobile (Android/iOS) and web-based product development, enough to work closely with engineering and make Informed trade-offs.
  • Good knowledge of LLM -powered product development, including prompt design, model evaluation, and working with AI/ML teams to ship reliable, safe outputs.
  • Good knowledge of voice and conversational AI product development, including ASR (Automatic Speech Recognition), TTS (Text-to-Speech), and voice agent design.
  • Good knowledge of UX design principles for web and mobile, with an eye for patient-facing and clinician-facing experiences.
  • Ability to work with a multidisciplinary set of teams across engineering, clinical, commercial, and operations.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and constantly changing conditions.
  • Experience in Agile software development, preferred.
  • Understanding of international regulations pertaining to patient data security and privacy (HIPAA, PHIPA), preferred.
  • Knowledge of data privacy frameworks and encryption standards for healthcare data security, preferred.
  • Arabic and English language proficiency is required.

  • Compensation: The salary for this position will range from $80,000 - $85,000 annually.
