We are looking for a passionate and strategic EHS Coordinator to join our team and contribute to our mission of “doing good by crafting products intentionally, collaboratively, and transparently.”
The Team You’ll Work With …
As the Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Coordinator, you will work directly with our talented EHS team to author and optimize our safety program for the factory. The EHS Coordinator will support our teammates in the areas of compliance, training, documentation, auditing, root cause analysis, industrial hygiene, PPE designation, and incident investigations. In this role, you will take ownership of key safety activities that positively impact the employee culture; elevating data reporting, being a big player in helping to improve existing programs, and designing new initiatives.
The EHS Coordinator is responsible for continuous improvement of an effective Environmental, Health and Safety program by providing day-to-day support in the oversight of workplace safety training, machine safeguarding, personal protective equipment, consulting on risk assessment and safety matters, and responsible for safety system analysis. Your goal as Environmental Health & Safety Coordinator will be to ensure compliance of safety standards and environmental regulations to maintain a safe work environment for all employees within the organization. This role reports to the Safety Manager and is located on-site in Richmond, CA. The pay range for this role is $55,000-$65,000 per year.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, climb up and down stairs. The employee is frequently required to walk; reach with hands and arms, shoulders and legs and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee will regularly lift and /or move equipment or material up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move equipment or material up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move equipment or material up to 50+ pounds.
