About Fragile
Fragile is redefining how hardware is built, financed, and distributed. From risk modeling and capital markets to consumer experiences and large-scale refurbishment, we’re building the infrastructure that powers the hardware industry.
We’re a small, high-talent-density team based in San Francisco. We work across disciplines, reason deeply, move with urgency, and build for the real world. Backed by Khosla Ventures, Lightspeed, and Benchmark, we partner with category-leading consumer hardware brands like Eight Sleep, Anker, and NZXT to create new ways for consumers to access hardware, giving people the flexibility to experience products on their own terms.
We’re looking for a strategic, adaptable, and execution-focused Growth Manager to join our Merchant Success team. In this role, you will partner with a portfolio of Fragile’s most important merchants to unlock growth, optimize performance, and drive long-term value. You’ll operate at the intersection of strategy and execution—identifying opportunities, influencing stakeholders, and delivering scalable solutions. This is a fast-paced, high-ownership role suited for someone who thrives in ambiguity, learns quickly, and consistently turns insights into action.
What You Will Do
- Own a merchant portfolio: Build and execute joint business plans across a subset of our most important merchants to drive measurable revenue and performance outcomes.
- Identify and unlock opportunities: Analyze merchant performance to uncover growth levers across marketing, operations, pricing, and merchandising.
- Drive strategic initiatives: Proactively pitch, test, and scale new ideas that improve merchant performance and program value.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Speak the language of operations, marketing, pricing, and data to align teams, delegate effectively, and orchestrate high-impact execution across specialist partners.
- Manage senior relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives.
- Lead business reviews: Own and deliver high-quality Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with clear insights, recommendations, and impact.
- Ensure operational excellence: Execute quickly and decisively to meet merchant needs, timelines, and budgets.
- Shape the team: Contribute to building the culture, processes, and best practices of the Merchant Success function.

- Highly analytical and structured thinker, able to translate data into actionable insights and strategic decisions
- Exceptional communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels, including senior executives
- Comfortable “speaking the language” of operations, marketing, pricing, and data to drive alignment and execution
- Cares about how data, insights, and strategies are presented to external audiences
- Highly adaptable and curious, with a strong interest in understanding new markets, customer behaviors, and cultural nuances
- Thrives in high-ownership environments and is motivated by building, improving, and scaling systems from the ground up
