Work Schedule

This is a full-time leadership position with a consistent schedule.

• 10-hour shifts
• 5 days per week (approximately 50 hours)
• Primarily afternoon and evening shifts
• Weekend mornings required
• Holidays required as part of leadership coverage

What You'll Be Doing

As a Manager in Training, you'll learn every aspect of store operations while helping lead the team each day.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting daily store operations
• Training and motivating team members
• Delivering exceptional customer service
• Scheduling and supervising employees
• Cash handling and register accountability
• Ordering merchandise and inventory management
• Maintaining food safety standards
• Ensuring compliance with alcohol, tobacco, safety, and security regulations
• Creating a clean, organized, welcoming store environment

This is a hands-on leadership position. You'll spend your day working alongside your team—not behind a desk.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• Management experience is a plus but not required
• Valid Driver's License
• Reliable transportation
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to commit to the required schedule

Physical Requirements

• Standing and walking throughout your shift
• Lifting up to 50 pounds when needed
• Working in a fast-paced retail environment

Compensation

Starting salary:
$45,000 annually

Plus:

• Monthly performance bonuses
• Gas allowance
