As a Senior Campaign Performance Analyst at ICP, embedded within client’s Content Supply Chain (CSC) team, you will play a key role in shaping digital media strategies.  

The Senior Campaign Performance Analyst should emphasise turning insight into action, ensuring consistent KPI reporting evolves into optimisation guidance for channel owners and creative decision‑makers. Success requires strong capability in GA4, Datorama, and Power BI paired with the ability to create clarity from data and influence action. Differentiating strengths include analytical storytelling and understanding how taxonomy and tagging support accurate reporting. ICP supplements this role with closed‑loop measurement frameworks, benchmark intelligence, and access to specialist data and tagging SMEs. 

  • Provide meaningful insight and recommendations for digital strategies in collaboration with media and brand teams - leveraging social, programmatic, e-retailer and search data. 
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality reporting outputs to multiple stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and exemplary story telling skills.  
  • Develop and oversee the creation and implementation of global best practices for digital media trading across markets and brands, as required. 
  • Collate and define actionable insights and recommendations from multiple campaign performance data sources, including creative, data & media platforms. 
  • Stay abreast of industry and platform developments, testing opportunities, and innovative solutions or automations to maintain a market-leading digital media presence.  

Person Profile  

Required Skills and Experience  

  • Experience in analysing digital and creative data, working with marketing/media teams and/or senior marketing leadership.  
  • Proven success in delivering results across large-scale performance campaigns and cross-department collaboration.  
  • Deep understanding of at least one platform in each of the common platform types below:    
  • Programmatic DSPs: DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, e-retailer platforms.  
  • Social Platforms: Meta, TikTok, YouTube. 
  • Search Platforms: Google Ads, Bing Ads.  
  • Analytics and Tech Tools: CM360, DoubleVerify, GA4, Datorama, Power BI 

Experience with client’s foundational platforms - Workfront for orchestration, Adobe AEM Assets/Brand Portal for asset lifecycle, Fadel for rights, and the Global Measurement Framework (GMF) for performance - so execution connects cleanly to taxonomy, compliance, and reporting. 

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including confident presentation and written abilities.  
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making and task prioritization.  

Desired Skills and Certifications  

  • Knowledge of DV360/GMP, Facebook Tech Stack, and related certifications.  
  • Google AdWords Certifications (e.g., Video Certification), DoubleClick Search, and Google Analytics (plus certifications preferred).  
  • Multilingual proficiency is an advantage.
