HR Support Executive

About the role

This HR Support specialist works on-site at our secured facility five days per week (Monday through Friday) serving our government client by providing HR support at the General Officer, Senior Executive Service (SES) and Gs 14-16/O6 levels.

What you'll do

  • Prepare HR documents for government review
  • Coordinate personnel movements and onboarding activities (i.e. security in-processing and internal HR actions)
  • Support performance management processes
  • Facilitate training and readiness tracking, including tracking training completion, mandatory compliance requirements and certifications
  • Maintain personnel databases, personnel rosters in accordance with established procedures.
  • Assist managers with procedural guidance
  • Monitor adherence to personnel policies,
  • Identify personnel or administrative issues that require leadership attention
  • Maintain compliance records
  • Support employee relations, benefits administration and policy communication
  • Assist leadership with workforce planning data, turnover tracking and metrics
  • Ensure HR compliance with DoD/IC-specific requirements, including reporting and training
  • Based on experience, the candidate may also be required to lead HR operations supporting SAP/SOF/IC workforce requirements
  • Develop SOPs, training programs, and operational frameworks
  • Coordinate with government and security offices on workforce readiness


Qualifications

Required

  • Ability to work on-site in Alexandria, VA Monday through Friday
  • 4-10 years of HR operations or personnel management experience
  • Experience working with HRIS systems and classified HR workflows.
  • Understanding of DoD/IC onboarding, suitability, and clearance processes.
  • Secret clearance with Top Secret eligibility

Preferred Experience

  • Expert knowledge of HR policy, workforce compliance and classified personnel processes.
  • Ability to advise leadership and lead HR improvement initiatives.
  • Top secret clearance

The pay range for this position is between $150,000 and $180,000 per year. This position is benefits-eligible.
