The Opportunity:

We are seeking a professional, results-driven Warehouse Coordinator for our rapidly growing HVAC and electrical contracting company operating across the US and Canada. In this role, you will be responsible for operating the core activities of the warehouse. You will be responsible for diligently executing on the receiving and kitting processes ensuring the teams have the materials to be successful everyday.

What You Will Do:

• Truck Receiving & Loading
• • Receive and process returned material from field teams
  • Organize and load outbound materials for service and install trucks
• Kit Fulfillment
• • Assemble accurate part kits for installation and service projects
  • Stage kits based on daily schedules and project timelines
• Material Coordination with Supply Chain
• • Communicate shortages, overages, or issues with the supply chain team

• • Support timely replenishment and minimize job site disruptions
• NetSuite Accountability – Consumption Tracking
• • Support average consumption-based inventory tracking
  • Enter transactions related to usage, returns, and transfers

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Warehouse Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain. Preferably in HVAC, electrical, or similar industrial sectors.
• Attention to detail, communication, and drive to deliver.
• Experience in ERP systems with NetSuite experience preferable.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Pay: $45,000 - $60,000 per annum
