Responsibilities

• Assess patients, administer treatments and medications, and monitor vital signs
• Triage patient messages and phone calls through our secure messaging app
• Educate patients on their health needs and how to manage them at home
• Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners and patients’ families to deliver quality care
• Keep accurate charts and medical records while protecting patient confidentiality
• Assist with diagnostic tests, IVs, blood draws and in-office procedures

Qualifications

• ADN or BSN (required)
• Active Missouri RN license (required)
• At least 1 year of experience in a clinic or hospital setting
• Strong communication skills and a warm, approachable bedside manner
• Comfort with EMR systems (experience with Spruce or Elation is a plus)
• A team player who adapts easily and values patient advocacy

Schedule

• Monday: 8:30am - 5:30pm
• Tuesday: 8:30am - 5:30 pm
• Wednesday: 8:30am - 1:30 pm
• Thursday: 8:30am - 5:30 pm
• Friday: 8:30am - 4:30 pm
