We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team:

We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead key product initiatives within our Connected Workforce platform. This role partners closely with Engineering, Design, Customer Success, and Product Leadership to drive customer value through continuous discovery, rapid iteration, and outcome-focused delivery.

This is a hands-on product role responsible for identifying high-impact customer problems, validating solutions, and delivering capabilities that improve adoption, retention, and operational impact for frontline manufacturing teams.

What You’ll Do:

Product Discovery & Customer Understanding

  • Lead continuous discovery efforts to deeply understand customer workflows, pain points, and operational constraints.
  • Conduct customer interviews, workflow analysis, and data-driven research to validate opportunities and prioritize investments.
  • Use qualitative and quantitative insights to guide prioritization and decision-making.

Product Delivery & Execution

  • Own product initiatives from discovery through delivery and iteration.
  • Break down complex initiatives into iterative releases that maximize learning and accelerate value delivery.
  • Partner closely with Engineering and Design to maintain alignment and execution velocity.
  • Define clear product outcomes and success metrics focused on adoption, retention, and customer impact.
  • Continuously prioritize work based on customer value, strategic importance, and business impact.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with GTM teams including Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to align product investments with customer and business needs.
  • Communicate roadmap priorities, tradeoffs, and product strategy clearly across stakeholders.
  • Create transparency around priorities, dependencies, and decision-making.

Market & Strategic Awareness

  • Maintain awareness of industry trends, competitor positioning, and emerging customer needs.
  • Translate customer and market insights into actionable product opportunities and differentiated experiences.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience in SaaS or technology environments.
  • Experience leading end-to-end product initiatives from discovery through launch.
  • Strong customer discovery, prioritization, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, and GTM teams.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and making decisions with incomplete information.
  • Experience with operational, manufacturing, logistics, or frontline-user software is a plus.
  • AI literate - someone well versed in prompt engineering: Crafting effective prompts to get the best results from AI models. 

Preferred locations: 

L2L practices a remote-first approach while offering office space in Burlington, MA. Due to the collaborative nature of this role, we are looking for someone who can commute to our Burlington, MA office 2x a week.
