**This opportunity is a temporary W2 role that will be contracted through a 3rd party vendor, Cypress.**

 

Department: Delivery Operations (Healthcare Client)

Estimated Hours Per Week: 40

Tentative Schedule Needed: Monday - Friday, 9-5 EST. No Weekends

Target Start Date: 5/26/2026

Contract End Date: TBD - 2-3 months

 

Position Overview:

 

Basic Responsibilities:
The seasonal ARAs will provide real‑time chat support to agents for claim processing, override, and authorization questions prior to submission in the client’s system. Each claim review averages 5–15 minutes, depending on complexity.

 

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years customer service experience required, call center experience preferred
  • Comfortable in a fast pasted environment
  • Sound decision making and experience navigating decisions quickly in real-time

 

Minimum Technical Requirements:

  • Personal computer or laptop (no tablets or Chromebooks)
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection
  • Webcam and microphone for virtual meetings
  • Secure, distraction-free workspace
