Loop

Sr. Revenue Operations Associate

About Loop

Loop is industrializing services through AI, starting with one of the world's most complex industries: the global supply chain. We're an AI-native company built to solve the systemic data problem that's held logistics back for decades. Our Logistics Data Platform turns fragmented, unstructured data into a trusted foundation that fuels automation, financial clarity, and decision intelligence at scale. Today, Loop serves >20% of the Fortune 100, manages over $30B in supply chain spend, and helps its clients save hundreds of millions of dollars each year.

We recently closed a $95M Series C and are backed by leading investors including Valor Equity Partners, Founders Fund, 8VC, Index Ventures, J.P. Morgan, and more than 50 industry-leading angel investors.

Our team brings deep expertise from Uber, Google, Microsoft, Meta, Amazon, Flexport, C3 AI, VMware, Box, UPS, and C.H. Robinson and we're looking for builders who want to help shape what comes next.

About the Role

We're hiring a Sr. RevOps Associate to bring in more qualified demand and raise the effectiveness of our go-to-market motion. You'll own the technical systems that turn buyer intent into qualified pipeline across our revenue teams - closing the tech lag in our funnel, getting far more out of HubSpot, and building the connective tissue across our GTM stack.

This is a builder's role. The data is already at our fingertips; today it's under-used. Your job is to make it work - routing, automation, intent signals, and the reporting that tells us where to push next. It matters now because we have  an aggressive FY26 growth plan, and that only works if the pipeline reaching reps goes to the right person, fast, and shows up correctly in their comp.

Plenty of this hasn't been built here yet, so you'll often get a goal and a set of constraints rather than a spec. This is a high-trust, low-oversight role by design.

This is an in-person role based in San Francisco, with the expectation of being in the office 4+ days per week.

Ability to travel up to 5% for sales kickoffs, and team onsites.

What You'll Do

  • Run our AI prospecting engine day to day: signal quality, enrichment and scoring logic, sequence performance, and the human review gates that keep quality high. Run structured experiments on segments, signals, and messaging; report what's working in a way that changes where the team spends its time next quarter.
  • Own lead routing end to end — assignment rules, territory and round-robin logic, dedupe, and marketing-to-sales handoff — and hold the team to a speed-to-first-touch SLA so no qualified lead goes stale.
  • Produce insights and analysis on our GTM motions and where to improve them  not just what happened, but what we should change.
  • Reshape our HubSpot data model so it reflects how we actually sell: objects and associations, lifecycle and deal stages, required fields, and the properties that feed scoring, routing, and reporting downstream.
  • Model and administer comp plans, quotas, and accelerators alongside Sales leadership and Finance, and pressure-test whether each plan actually drives the behavior it's meant to.

About You

  • HubSpot, day one. HubSpot is our core engine and your primary tool from the start; deep HubSpot experience
  • Have produced qualified pipeline that has closed
  • Hands-on HubSpot sales and marketing experience: you've built assignment rules, workflows, and lifecycle stages, not filed tickets for someone else to.
  • 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Engineering or BizOps high-growth B2B SaaS company.
  • Light scripting or SQL — enough to build what a no-code tool can't.comfort with APIs, webhooks, and LLM prompt workflows.

Nice to haves:

  • Background in logistics technology or  supply chain technology.
  • Have scaled ops through a Series B–D stage, from a handful of reps to a few dozen.
  • Worked on integrating GTM teams from acquisitions
