About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Buyer to support purchasing operations and help maintain accuracy across procurement systems and data. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a strong foundation in procurement and supply chain operations within a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

In this position, you’ll gain hands-on experience with ERP systems, purchase order management, pricing and operational reporting, vendor coordination, and procurement workflows. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, strengthen your analytical and problem-solving skills, and play an important role in supporting day-to-day purchasing activities.

What You'll Do

  • Support purchase order (PO) entry and order tracking for routine categories
  • Maintain item and pricing data integrity in ERP systems
  • Assist higher-level Buyers with order entry and reporting tasks
  • Generate and distribute basic procurement reports
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Pricing, and other internal teams
  • Provide administrative support for shortage and recall tasks
  • Learn procurement systems, vendor basics, and compliance requirements through hands on-experience

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • 2+ years experience working in an office or business environment required; procurement, purchasing, or supply chain exposure is a plus
  • Basic proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, with the ability to work comfortably with data and reports; advanced spreadsheet skills are a plus
  • Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams
  • Organized, dependable, and adaptable, with a willingness to learn and follow structured processes in a fast-paced environment
