Huntsville, Alabama | Morton Dental Group

Join the Best Team in Dentistry

Morton Dental Group is one of the region's leading dental organizations. We're known for advanced implant and full-arch dentistry, high standards and a team that patients remember. We're growing fast, and we're looking for an experienced Treatment Coordinator to lead our implant and All-on-X patient consultations in Huntsville.

This is not an entry-level role. You'll guide patients through decisions that change their lives, with treatment plans that can exceed $45,000. That takes someone who can build trust quickly, lead a conversation with confidence and help patients say yes to the care they need.

What You'll Do

  • Lead patient consultations. Understand each patient's goals and concerns, then present implant, All-on-X, fixed-arch and denture options clearly.
  • Guide case acceptance. Walk patients through timelines, financing and next steps. Handle concerns with confidence and compassion, and guide them to a decision without pressure.
  • Own follow-up. Stay in touch with patients who are still deciding, keep detailed notes and make sure no patient falls through the cracks.
  • Partner with doctors. Work closely with our doctors and clinical team so every patient has a seamless experience from consultation to scheduling.
  • Lead the department. Set the standard for communication and patient care, coach team members on their consultation skills and help improve the patient journey.

What You Bring

  • A proven track record of presenting and closing high-value treatment or services
  • Strong emotional intelligence, and the ability to listen, empathize and lead a conversation
  • Comfort discussing finances and financing options with patients
  • Ownership, follow-through and strong organizational skills
  • A desire to be the best at what you do, and openness to coaching

Strongly preferred: dental, implant, oral surgery or prosthodontic experience; All-on-X/full-arch or complex treatment coordination; dental financing experience; and case acceptance training such as The Closing Institute.

What You'll Get From Us

  • Real work-life balance: 4 clinical days, no nights and no weekends
  • A team-first culture where people support each other
  • High standards of patient care. We do things the right way.
  • Shared accountability. Everyone in our practices is held to the same standard.
  • Ongoing training and education to keep you at the top of your field
  • Real career development in a growing organization
  • Life-changing cases. You'll see patients get their smiles, confidence and quality of life back.
  • Benefits: health, dental, vision and life insurance
  • Paid time off
