The Accounts Receivable Lead will be responsible for oversight of receivables including: incoming payments, ensuring accurate and efficient processing, and maintaining records of accounts and transactions. This position requires excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversight and support processing and recording accounts receivable transactions.

• Oversight of collections process & lien monitoring and filing

• Billing and communication with service departments

• Communicate with clients to resolve billing inquiries and discrepancies.

• Oversees 3rd party accounts

• Generate various reports and assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.

• Support other accounting team members as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in accounts receivable or related accounting position.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.

• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

• Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
