What you'll do

• Own the end-to-end implementation of the product experience, writing the code yourself from first design decision to production
• Build UI components that are production-ready, not just prototype-quality
• Prototype new interactions quickly enough to test ideas before committing to them
• Architect and maintain the component library the rest of the engineering team builds on top of
• Hold the quality bar on how the product looks, moves, and feels — and fix it when it slips
• Set the standard for accessible, responsive, and performant UI across the codebase
• Tighten the loop between design and engineering so less quality gets lost along the way

Qualifications

• Design is your primary craft, and code is how you bring it to life
• You have strong opinions about spacing, motion, and interaction and the skills to act on them
• You're fluent enough in React and TypeScript not to need an engineer between your ideas and production
• You've worked on products where quality was non-negotiable and it shows
• You're excited about what AI-native interfaces can be, not just what they are today
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

As a founding member, you’ll help define the technical foundation of NeoSigma. Your scope will grow with the company, from owning core systems end-to-end to shaping architecture, hiring, and engineering culture. This role has a natural path toward technical leadership or engineering management as the team scales.
