Position Overview

We are looking for a Webinar & Online Events Specialist to own the end-to-end production and growth of Netwrix's global webinar program. You will manage a high-volume calendar of online events across NAM, EMEA, and APAC — working with internal teams, external speakers, and advertising partners to deliver content that educates our audience, generates pipeline, and builds Netwrix's position as a thought leader in cybersecurity.

This is a content-meets-production role. You will be as comfortable writing a webinar script as you are managing a live broadcast, building a promotional campaign, or digging into registration data to optimize performance.

Key Responsibilities

Webinar Production & Operations

  • Own the full lifecycle of Netwrix webinars — from topic ideation and speaker coordination through live production, recording, and post-event distribution
  • Manage the global webinar calendar across NAM, EMEA, and APAC time zones
  • Operate and optimize webinar platforms (ON24, Zoom Webinars, or similar) — managing technical setup, run-of-show, and live broadcast logistics
  • Explore and test new online event formats — virtual summits, roundtables, live Q&As — to improve engagement and reach

Content & Copywriting

  • Write and edit all webinar-related content: session scripts, speaker briefings, session descriptions, registration page copy, and promotional materials
  • Assist speakers in developing and formatting PowerPoint presentations
  • Collaborate with industry experts, thought leaders, and Netwrix customers on content development and story angles
  • Work closely with Engineering, Product Management, Product Marketing, and Sales to identify compelling content ideas and ensure technical accuracy

Promotion & Lead Generation

  • Coordinate multi-channel promotional campaigns to drive registrations — email, social, paid, partner channels
  • Manage relationships with advertising partners on sponsored webinars and co-branded online events
  • Design and execute post-event follow-up workflows in alignment with demand generation and sales teams
  • Identify new lead generation opportunities through the webinar and online events channel

Performance & Optimization

  • Track and report on webinar KPIs — registrations, attendance rates, engagement, and pipeline contribution
  • Monitor competitor webinar activity and industry trends to keep Netwrix's program fresh and relevant
  • Use data and audience feedback to continuously improve topics, formats, promotion, and production quality

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in webinar production, online events, or demand generation in a B2B technology company
  • Hands-on experience with webinar platforms — ON24, Zoom Webinars, GoToWebinar, BrightTalk, or similar
  • Strong copywriting skills in English — writing scripts, promotional copy, and speaker materials is a core part of this role
  • Experience managing multi-channel promotional campaigns and working with marketing automation tools (Marketo, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Comfortable with data — able to pull reports, interpret performance metrics, and turn insights into action
  • Strong project management skills — able to run multiple webinars simultaneously across different regions and time zones
  • Experience collaborating with subject matter experts, external speakers, and cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce) is a plus
  • Fluent in English — written and spoken; additional languages are a plus
