This is a hands-on position. You will be contributing product code as well as leading planning, execution, and delivery of high-quality product. You will be expected to actively remove blockers, set clear expectations, drive execution, and manage engineers on your team.

• Provide technical mentorship and support engineers’ growth at all levels.
Delivery & Execution
• Own sprint planning, backlog grooming, agile ceremonies, and delivery commitments for your team(s).
• Ensure adherence to engineering best practices including design and code review, CI/CD, test, documentation, observability, supportability, release, deployment, and cost control.
• Identify, track, and resolve execution risks proactively; escalate when appropriate.
Technical Leadership
• Contribute to architectural decisions, ensure product security, and enable product and platform integration.
• Drive quality through QA automation, integration testing, and reliable release processes.
• Champion AI-first development practices to enable rapid, flexible product development
• Collaborate with platform, infrastructure, and Netwrix product teams on shared features, data, and integrations.
Cross-functional Collaboration
• Partner with Product Management and UX to align on roadmap, priorities, and requirements.
• Partner with customers and customer-facing teams to triage and address customer issues, understand customer needs, and obtain feedback on product features and functionality.
• Represent engineering in planning, roadmap, and business alignment meetings.
• Communicate clearly and consistently across engineering, product, customer success, and leadership.
• Manage technical debt and advocate for investment in long-term engineering quality.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on enterprise software, and progression into management.
• 3+ years of direct people management experience, including hiring, performance management, and career development.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver software products on schedule in an Agile environment.
• Solid understanding of modern software engineering practices: CI/CD, microservices, APIs, automated testing, and code review.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable working with stakeholders across functions and time zones.

• Prior experience in cybersecurity, identity security, or a security-adjacent product domain.
• Working knowledge of identity systems such as Microsoft Active Directory and Entra.
• Experience delivering on-premises and SaaS-based software products.
• Familiarity with AI-first development practices, including integrating AI/ML capabilities into product workflows and using AI-assisted engineering tools at scale.
