Who We Are

NeuroFlow CEO and West Point graduate Christopher Molaro served in the army for five years, including a tour in Iraq as a platoon leader. Coming back home, he experienced firsthand the gaps in the behavioral health system and how veterans and civilians alike face too many barriers when it comes to receiving appropriate, timely care.

While pursuing his MBA at Wharton, Chris met his future co-founder Adam Pardes, and the two agreed – even the most engaging digital mental health apps in the world wouldn’t truly change the problem; only a solution that systematically integrated behavioral health into the full healthcare ecosystem could create meaningful change. And so they created NeuroFlow.

What We Do:

We pride ourselves on partnering with healthcare leaders to assist in driving better outcomes, lowering total cost of care, and making behavioral health risk more predictable and transparent. NeuroFlow exists to make sure no one who needs behavioral health support falls through the cracks.

We build more than just engaging digital health tools for self-care: we create platforms that identify population behavioral health risk early, engage individuals with acuity-specific resources, and enable care teams to make smarter and more efficient decisions. Together, NeuroFlow’s solutions arm healthcare organizations with the insights they need to overcome the systemic challenges in today’s healthcare ecosystem.

How We Do It:

The award-winning culture at NeuroFlow is one built around encouragement and daring to be great. Our core values have been displayed in our office since day one, and each team member is responsible for carrying out these values and keeping each other accountable to them. We succeed through our flexibility and agility, navigating and transforming an industry ripe for change where “no” or “can’t” is too often the default.  NeuroFlow offers unique opportunities to work in a fun and challenging fast-paced environment with direct, meaningful impact on helping to close the divide between mental and physical health.

How You Will Help:

We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Specialist to support two high-visibility functions: our marketing events strategy including the annual client and partner summit, and the sales enablement materials that supports both our B2B and B2B2C markets. This is a generalist role that sits at the intersection of event execution, product marketing, and light creative work — and is ideal for someone who is organized, client-aware, and ready to own meaningful programs with limited oversight.

Responsibilities:

Sales Enablement & Content

  • Develop and maintain core sales enablement materials including one-pagers, pitch decks, product briefs, discovery frameworks, and proposal templates across NeuroFlow’s product portfolio
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, and CS to translate complex clinical and technical capabilities into audience-calibrated, outcomes-oriented content for health system and health plan buyers
  • Build and refresh client-specific collateral in coordination with CS and Account Management
  • Partner with client success on employer engagement talk tracks and acquisition support for new enrollments
  • Own ongoing product marketing for our consumer engagement platform Onward, including consumer-facing activation messaging, onboarding content, and talk tracks that help health system, health plan, and employer customers drive platform adoption.

Event Support & Execution

  • Serve as the internal lead for NeuroFlow's annual client and partner summit, managing our external events consultant, budget tracking, registration, hotel logistics, agenda coordination, and run-of-show
  • Build and maintain all event communications including HubSpot email sequences, attendee tracking, and weekly CS updates
  • Manage NeuroFlow's presence at external industry conferences and tradeshows — including identifying relevant events, coordinating team registration, arranging logistics, and ensuring materials and swag are prepared and shipped
  • Maintain the annual events calendar, tracking upcoming conferences, submission deadlines, and sponsorship opportunities across the healthcare and behavioral health landscape

About You:

  • 4-6 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in healthcare, health tech, or a similarly complex industry
  • Demonstrated experience creating sales enablement materials — you can write a tight one-pager, structure a pitch deck, and simplify technical content for a non-technical buyer
  • Strong project management skills; comfortable holding multiple workstreams and communicating proactively with cross-functional partners
  • Proficiency with HubSpot, WordPress, Google Workspace, and presentation tools; comfortable with light design edits in Canva or Google Slides
  • Experience coordinating events or large programs end-to-end, including vendor management
  • Excellent written communication skills with a clear, concise, audience-first style
  • Familiarity with consumer mobile app activation, member engagement programs, or employer group clients (nice to have)
  • Prior exposure to health plan, health system, or employer benefit environments (nice to have)

Company Benefits:

*Applicable for full time employees

Flexible work schedule, unlimited PTO, physical and mental wellness benefits, medical coverage, parental leave, 401K, company-sponsored events, referral program, onsite gym, dog friendly office, snacks in the office, commuter benefits, onsite massages.
