Paradise Media is a privately owned media company with a global portfolio of sports and iGaming brands.

About the role

We’re looking for a smart, technically curious graduate to work directly with our Head of Product. You’ll conduct iGaming competitor research, investigate user journeys, organise product work and use AI coding tools to create prototypes, dashboards, automations and internal tools.

This is an entry-level role, but we are specifically looking for someone who already builds things independently. You might have created a website, app, automation, data tool or another personal project using Claude Code, Codex, Lovable, Replit or similar tools.

You do not need professional software-development experience. You do need to show us something you have built, explain how you approached it and demonstrate that you can use AI to solve problems rather than only generate answers.

Roles & Responsibilities: 

• Work directly with the Head of Product on research, analysis and product operations.
• Research publicly available iGaming products, features and user experiences.
• Compare registration, onboarding, payments, promotions, loyalty and gameplay journeys.
• Document findings using screenshots, structured notes and comparison tables.
• Turn research into short, practical recommendations.
• Use AI coding tools to create prototypes and demonstrate ideas.
• Build small internal tools, dashboards, data collectors and workflow automations.
• Test websites, prototypes and internal tools across desktop and mobile.
• Investigate product questions using spreadsheets, analytics and available data.
• Prepare briefs and organise tasks for designers, developers and other teams.
• Review completed work against the original brief and document any problems.
• Organise research, meeting notes, decisions and follow-up actions.
• Monitor relevant developments across iGaming, payments, digital products and AI.

Requirements:

• A recent graduate or someone with up to two years of professional experience.
• Experience with vibe coding or AI-assisted development.
• At least one personal, university or experimental project you can show us that you built using AI coding tools.
• Hands-on experience with Claude Code, Codex, Lovable, Replit or similar tools.
• The ability to turn an idea into a basic working website, prototype, automation or internal tool.
• Curiosity about how digital products and businesses work.
• Strong attention to detail when testing websites and reviewing information.
• Clear written communication and an ability to summarise research concisely.
• Comfort using spreadsheets and organising structured information.
• The initiative to investigate a problem independently before asking for instructions.
• Good judgement about when AI-generated work is incomplete, inaccurate or poorly designed.
• An interest in iGaming, online products, payments, fintech or gaming.
• Based in Malta or willing to relocate.

Useful, but not essential:

• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL or APIs.
• Experience with analytics, automation, scraping or data visualisation.
• Familiarity with iGaming products or online payments.
• Experience with ClickUp, Figma or other product-management tools.
• A degree in business, technology, economics, information systems, marketing or a related subject.
