Paramount Recovery Service is seeking an Asset Recovery Transportation Coordinator to support daily transportation, recovery, and remarketing operations. The selected candidate will coordinate vehicle movements, maintain transportation records, communicate with drivers, recovery agents, clients, and vendors, and ensure vehicles are transported safely, accurately, and on schedule.

Essential Duties

• Coordinate daily vehicle transportation and delivery activities.
• Schedule and monitor vehicle shipments and transfers.
• Communicate with transport carriers, recovery agents, auctions, clients, and internal departments.
• Maintain transportation records and documentation.
• Resolve transportation-related issues and support operational efficiency.
• Provide timely updates on vehicle status and transportation milestones.

Qualifications

Required Experience:

• Vehicle repossession
• Asset recovery
• Vehicle transportation
• Automotive logistics
• Vehicle remarketing
• Auto auctions (Copart, IAA, Manheim, etc.)

Applicants should have prior experience in at least one of the above industries.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced remote environment.
• Reliable internet connection and dedicated home workspace.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Must be based in the United States.
