Divisional Manager (CTXS)

About Patriot Erectors, LLC

Build something that lasts — with a team that has your back.

Patriot Erectors is a full-service, AISC-Certified Steel Fabricator and AISC-Certified Advanced Steel Erector. Since 1991, from our modern 60,000-square-foot facility just west of Austin, Texas, we’ve fabricated and erected structural steel for complex buildings and non-building structures — with a relentless focus on quality, safety, and pride in every project.

People come first here. Our mission is to fabricate and erect steel that meets or exceeds our customers’ requirements — without defects or accidents. We invest in understanding what our market, customers, and employees need, and we live by five values that spell exactly who we are:

STEEL — Safety, Teamwork, Ethics, Enthusiasm, and Leadership.

Our vision is simple: Recognize a Need & Fulfill It. We seek out steel-related opportunities and take on challenges to deliver outcomes that are mutually respected and mutually beneficial — fueling growth for our employees, our stakeholders, and the communities we call home.

Run a division. Own the outcome. Build what lasts.

Patriot Erectors is growing — and we’re ready to hand a proven leader the keys to a division. This is a rare opportunity to own the P&L, set the strategy, and lead a full team across estimating, project management, fabrication, and field erection. If you’ve built your career running commercial steel work and you’re ready to lead all of it, we want to talk — now.

About the Role

As Division Manager, you’ll oversee and direct all project and field activities across your division or geographic region — from prospect development and project execution to change management and field operations. You’ll guide, coach, and support our Estimating, Project Management, and General Superintendent teams to hit both divisional and company-wide goals. Put simply: this division’s success is yours to drive, and you’ll have the autonomy and the team to make it happen.

What You’ll Own

P&L Ownership: Own your division’s financial performance — budgets, margins, and profitable growth.

Business Development: Partner with sales and estimating to identify and win new work.

Market Insight: Use your read on local and regional markets to drive project success.

Client Retention: Build lasting client relationships through exceptional service and execution.

Project Oversight: Lead the project team across detailing, fabrication, and field execution.

Resource Management: Make sure the local fabrication shop and field erection crews have what they need to deliver.

Safety Leadership: Champion a zero-incident culture — Safety is the first of our STEEL values.

Performance Monitoring: Track project and operational performance, and act fast when plans need adjusting.

Team Leadership: Lead every aspect of the Project Management and Field Erection teams — hiring, training, and professional development.
