About the Role
We're looking for a Visual Web Designer to help modernize our existing website, while maintaining our brand consistency. This is not a full redesign, it’s a focused refresh that ensures we communicate our brand identity in a fresh and modern way. You'll collaborate with our internal marketing team to enhance visual storytelling, and improve user clarity and engagement using our established brand.

This is a US-based contract, all applicants must reside in the US.


Your Day-to-Day

  • Refresh key visual elements across the homepage and product pages to align with modern SaaS design trends
  • Design interactive or motion-based product visuals that are lightweight, intuitive, and accessible
  • Evaluate and recommend layout improvements to boost hierarchy, scannability, and conversions
  • Create visuals that are CMS compatible with HubSpot, leveraging existing modular components
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment with our design system and technical limitations
  • Deliver assets and documentation to support seamless implementation

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • Strong portfolio showcasing SaaS, product-first web design with a clean and modern aesthetic**
  • Experience designing for HubSpot CMS or similar modular CMS platforms
  • Understanding of accessibility, responsive design, and performance best practices
  • Proven ability to communicate complex tech products visually with clarity and polish
  • Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and motion tools like After Effects or Lottie


It’d Be a Plus If You Also Had

  • Experience working with healthcare, security, or compliance-based industries
  • Understanding of conversion-focused design and content hierarchy principles
  • Familiarity with lightweight motion graphics or micro-interactions for web

Compensation and hours

  • Pay range $40-$60, depending on experience and portfolio
  • Expected project time 150-200 hours, with potential for additional ongoing payable hours after project completion
