Job Description:

  • Before you apply, please note
    • This is a hybrid role and open to candidates in Salt Lake City, UT or within commuting distance of our South Salt Lake City headquarters.

PDQ is hiring a Senior Business Systems Administrator to help own and evolve our go-to-market systems ecosystem, with Salesforce as the primary platform. You will partner closely with Sales leadership, Customer Success, Marketing, and RevOps to improve processes, support integrations, and build scalable operational solutions across our GTM tech stack.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being both strategic and hands-on — someone who can thoughtfully design solutions while also executing configuration, automation, integrations, and platform improvements directly.

You'll play a key role in helping PDQ scale and connect systems across Salesforce, Hubspot, Tray.io, LeanData and other operational tooling.

What you'll do:

GTM Systems Ownership

  • Own day-to-day administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the top-of-funnel operating model, with a focus on HubSpot, LeanData, Salesforce, and related GTM systems.
  • Support integrations and workflows across platforms including Salesforce, HubSpot, LeanData, Tray.io, and other business systems tools
  • Manage user support requests, troubleshoot issues, and drive timely resolution
  • Improve system reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency across the GTM tech stack
  • Identify opportunities for automation, simplification, and technical debt reduction
  • Support platform governance, testing standards, and release/change management practices

Solution Design & Automation

  • Design and implement scalable business process solutions using platform-native tooling, integrations, and automation
  • Translate business requirements into maintainable technical solutions
  • Partner with stakeholders to improve workflows, reporting, data quality, and operational visibility
  • Balance speed and pragmatism with long-term scalability and maintainability
  • Collaborate with internal engineering resources or external vendors when deeper technical escalation is needed

Stakeholder Partnership

  • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and RevOps leaders to prioritize and deliver systems improvements
  • Support rollout planning, testing, documentation, and change management for new processes and tooling
  • Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Help drive adoption and enablement across GTM systems

Documentation & Enablement

  • Build and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and process documentation
  • Support onboarding, training, and ongoing user enablement
  • Improve data quality through governance frameworks, automation, and operational best practices
