KAM On Premise - Premium Accounts

Position Overview

Crazy Mountain is seeking a highly motivated, experienced, relationship-driven On-Premise Key Account Manager to drive growth of our premium non-alcoholic beer portfolio within top on-premise accounts. This role is responsible for developing strategic partnerships with high-profile bars, restaurants, hotels, golf courses, entertainment venues, and hospitality groups to establish our brand as the category leader in elevated, alcohol-free beer occasions. 

This position blends commercial execution with brand building—owning key accounts, distributor collaboration, menu placements, staff education, sampling, on site marketing and activation strategy. This is a Remote position but must be based out of one of the following cities: Miami, FL / New York, NY / Los Angeles, CA

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Grow and manage key on-premise accounts including bars, restaurants, golf courses, hotels, and hospitality groups
  • Secure menu placements, features, and permanent listings
  • Drive brand awareness through in-market sampling, tastings, events, and staff education
  • Partner with marketing to execute campaigns, launches, and zero-proof activations
  • Collaborate with distributor sales teams to expand distribution and improve execution
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing to align strategy and market priorities
  • Build simple account plans, forecasts, and promotional calendars
  • Track performance and share competitive and consumer insights
  • Identify and execute creative ways for the brand to show up in on-premise accounts to drive visibility, trial, brand recognition and sharing
  • Help develop and deploy new on-premise POS needed to activate key accounts
  • Partner with Marketing to bring brand ideas to life in-market, adapting concepts to real account environments
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to align on market priorities and brand moments/programs
  • Help shape the on-premise playbook as the brand scales nationally

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of on-premise or key account experience in beverage alcohol or premium beverages
  • Experience working with emerging or startup brands strongly preferred
  • Proven relationship builder with strong negotiation and closing skillS
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a lean, fast-moving organization
  • Hands-on experience executing in-market events and sampling across diverse account types
  • Willingness to work nights and weekends as needed to support activations and events
  • Passion for premium brands and the non-alcoholic category
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently, think strategically, and execute tactically
  • Willingness to travel frequently (50%+)
