About the role

The Conference Call Concierge is responsible for providing live operator support for earnings calls and other investor events. This role serves as the first point of contact for analysts, investors, and participants dialing into conference calls, ensuring they are accurately identified, properly documented, and seamlessly connected to the correct event. The Concierge plays a critical role in delivering a professional and efficient experience that reflects the high standards of our client events.


What you'll do

Participant Intake & Call Management

  • Answer incoming calls from analysts, investors, and other conference participants in a professional and timely manner.
  • Verify participant information, including full name, company, and role.
  • Accurately enter participant details into the conference call management system.
  • Place participants into the appropriate earnings event or conference call.
  • Ensure priority participants (e.g., analysts, executives, speakers) are handled promptly and appropriately.

Customer Experience & Professionalism

  • Provide courteous, calm, and professional support at all times.
  • Create a seamless and high-quality experience for analysts, investors, and executives.
  • Represent the company with professionalism during high-visibility earnings events.

Documentation & Accuracy

  • Maintain accurate records of participant attendance and call activity.
  • Follow established processes and compliance requirements for earnings events.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive event information.

Qualifications

  • Strong verbal communication skills with a clear and professional phone presence.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple calls simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to follow defined processes.
  • Calm and composed under pressure, especially during live events.
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn call management software.
  • Own laptop required to perform duties and access conference call systems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in conference call operator services, customer support, or live event coordination.
  • Familiarity with earnings calls, investor relations, or financial services environments.
  • Experience using call management, conferencing, or CRM tools.
