Position Summary

Schools, hospitals, and human services agencies across the country have a crisis problem. Staff get hurt. Kids and patients get restrained when they don’t need to be. Safety-Care fixes that, and more than 250,000 certified professionals already use it. Your job is to find the organizations that need it, win them, and put your name on the number.

You’ll own a territory end to end. You find the opportunity, run the deal, and close it. Prospecting, discovery, presenting, negotiating, closing. The result is yours, and everyone will see it.

What You'll Do:

• Build your own pipeline in your territory and work it relentlessly
• Run discovery like a detective, then win the room (virtually or in person)
• Close new business and hand customers a clean start with our onboarding team
• Bring what you hear in the market back to the team so we all sell smarter
• Keep your deals current in HubSpot and Salesforce (we run on real data, not vibes)

You’ll sell shoulder to shoulder with the team in Foxboro five days a week. You’ll hear every call, pick up every good move, and ramp in weeks instead of months. Speed is the point.

• A pipeline that doesn't dry up, because prospecting happens before it's needed, not after.
• Deals that keep moving. Nothing stalls waiting on you.
• Discovery calls and presentations that make people care about what Safety-Care does, no script required.
• CRM records clean enough that someone else could pick up the territory tomorrow and know exactly where things stand.
• Real coordination with Business Development, Marketing, Customer Success, and Ops, when it helps the deal, not because a process says to.
• Revenue that climbs, alongside the people around you, driven by QBS's core values: Find a Way, Do the Right Thing, Love the Mission, and Show You Care.

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in an outbound sales, BDR/SDR, or customer-facing role, with a track record of hitting goals (Education backgrounds welcome).
• Familiarity with a CRM (HubSpot and/or Salesforce) is a plus.
• Comfort managing multiple opportunities or relationships at once.
• Strong communicator who builds relationships easily, in person and in a pitch
• Coachable, with a desire to grow into a full-cycle closing role.
• Persistent in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Setbacks don't slow you down.
• Competitive and self-motivated, driven to exceed goals.
• Passion for mission-driven work and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Compensation:

• $65,000-$80,000 base + commission depending on experience ($125,000-$145,000 OTE)
