Inside Sales Administrative Assistant

Quality Tank Solutions is seeking a detailed orientated full-time Inside Sales Administrative Assistant to support our growing sales team.  In this role, you will keep daily operations running smoothly, help maintain sales orders, and bring a proactive, high-standard work ethic to our team.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide support to Sales/Estimating Team
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
• Scan and file documents
• Enter and process sales orders
• Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate staff
• Welcome visitors, vendors and guests

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of various computer software programs (i.e. Microsoft, Office Word, and Excel)
• Self-starter, results orientated
• Strong organizational time management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, ever changing environment
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous administrative, customer service, or sales support experience is preferred but not required
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of common business software applications
