Who are we looking for?

We are seeking an intellectually curious, highly organized Firm Enablement Manager to help build and maintain the operational, knowledge, and business systems infrastructure that supports Renaissance’s continued growth.

 

This role sits at the intersection of knowledge management, consulting operations, business systems, and applied technology. The successful candidate will work closely with firm leadership to organize institutional knowledge, improve internal processes, support system adoption, and help consultants work more efficiently.

 

The ideal candidate enjoys bringing structure to complexity, working with data and processes, organizing information, and building practical tools that make teams more effective. The role offers broad exposure to the firm's consulting work, internal operations, technology initiatives, and strategic priorities.

 

Key Responsibilities

Knowledge Management & Firm Intellectual Capital

·         Build and maintain the firm's centralized repository of intellectual capital, covering project experience, proposals, pitch materials, methodologies, research, and deliverables from both historical and ongoing engagements.

·         Develop and maintain taxonomies, metadata standards, and tagging structures that support searchability and reuse, including a database aligned with the firm's CRM and project management systems.

·         Partner with project teams to capture insights, methodologies, and reusable content from client engagements.

·         Serve as a resource for consultants seeking project examples, methodologies, templates, and historical experience, and respond to internal knowledge requests.

·         Support information governance, quality control, and content lifecycle management so intellectual capital remains current, organized, and aligned with firm standards.

 

Business Systems & Operations Support

·         Support day-to-day administration and continuous improvement of the firm's core operating systems, including CRM, project management, staffing, and knowledge management platforms.

·         Maintain clean, accurate, and consistent data across client, project, staffing, delivery, and operational records.

·         Develop dashboards, reports, and analyses that improve operational visibility.

·         Document processes and workflows, and support implementation, testing, and rollout of new platform capabilities.

·         Create user guides, onboarding materials, and process documentation, and help colleagues make effective use of firm systems and tools.

 

AI & Process Improvement

·         Apply AI tools and workflows to improve knowledge management, reporting, data quality, research efficiency, and operational processes.

·         Support the development and maintenance of AI-enabled workflows for recurring internal activities, including prompt libraries, templates, and agents.

·         Help redesign existing processes to take advantage of evolving AI capabilities.

·         Evaluate emerging AI capabilities, document best practices, and support adoption across the firm.

 

Qualifications

Required

·         Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Information Science, Public Policy, Communications, or related analytical or research-oriented field.

·         3 - 5 years of experience in consulting, business operations, knowledge management, information management, project coordination, or related professional environment.

·         Experience working with databases, CRM platforms, project management tools, or other business systems, with strong Excel skills and comfort handling structured data.

·         Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills, with exceptional attention to detail.

·         Current familiarity with AI tools and demonstrated ability to apply technology to improve real work.

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·         Highly organized self-starter able to manage multiple priorities and drive work forward with limited supervision.

·         Strong intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn new systems, tools, and methodologies.

 

Preferred

·         Experience within a consulting, professional services, or other knowledge-intensive organization.

·         Experience developing or maintaining knowledge repositories, metadata structures, taxonomies, or information management systems.

·         Familiarity with Monday.com, SharePoint, Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics, or comparable platforms.

·         Experience building reports, dashboards, or operational analyses.

·         Experience documenting business processes, workflows, or methodologies.

·         Familiarity with automation tools, AI workflows, or system integrations.
