About the role


The BenOps Product Operations Analyst drives operational excellence for internal tools and processes, focusing heavily on Health Benefits Carrier Integrations. This role is essential for translating product vision into actionable deliverables and ensuring cross-functional alignment across teams.

What you will do

  • Be the Pilot: Will be the first point of contact for anything Health Benefits Integration inside Rippling.
  • Ground Level Involvement: Lead from the front and work on new Integration Implementations for Health benefits and speed up documentation for the next associates who join the team.
  • Daily Stand-ups: Participating in daily stand-ups with engineering, operations, and other product teams to provide updates, address blockers, and coordinate efforts.
  • Stakeholder Meetings: Regularly engaging with internal stakeholders (e.g., Sales, PSM, AMs, TAMs, Operations, Support, Customer) to gather feedback, understand pain points, and define requirements for tool features for our new Health Benefits Integrations.
  • Proactively meet with Partners during project inception to gather feedback and inform our process design, ensuring the product is fully customized and operational for a seamless launch.
  • Design the Playbook for onboarding new Health Benefit Carriers into Rippling.
  • Documentation Review: Reviewing and contributing to the creation of comprehensive documentation for internal tools and Implementation process.
  • Build a comprehensive Implementation Process SOP from scratch in co-ordination with Product, Engineering and other external stakeholders.

What you will need

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 4+ years in Operations, Implementation ideally within a high-growth US-based SaaS or Fintech environment.
  • A proven ability to navigate high-pressure client scenarios with a calm, solution-focused, and professional approach.
  • Experience using data and standard practices to root-cause issues and determine the most effective path to resolution.
  • Ability to work independently with external carriers and internal stakeholders(Primarily Product and Engineering)
  • Advanced communication capabilities, adept at demystifying technical insurance language and driving informed decision-making across non-technical audiences.
  • Mastery of Salesforce, G-Suite, and Jira
  • Strong project management and organizational skills: good attention to detail with excellent work product, time management, and execution.
  • Strong research and process building/ improvement skills.
