About the role

The Account Executive, India role at Rippling offers a rare opportunity to help build a market from the ground up. India is one of Rippling's fastest-growing emerging markets, and we're looking for talented, ambitious Account Executives who can manage a high-velocity sales cycle while navigating strategic, multi-stakeholder deals. You won't just be selling a product - you'll be helping define how Rippling wins in India and shaping the playbook for the teams that follow.


What you will do

  • Join the India sales team to build and scale our presence across the full Rippling platform
  • Sell the complete suite - Global products (EOR, Global Payroll, Contractor Payments), Core Platform, Local Payroll, ATS, and Performance Management - across both global-expansion and domestic consolidation motions
  • Run end-to-end sales cycles from discovery and demo through close
  • Consistently close business and achieve quota attainment
  • Manage and forecast pipeline with discipline and accuracy
  • Become a product expert across our entire platform and develop deep command of the competitive landscape
  • Partner closely with the Account Management team to ensure a smooth transition for new customers

What you will need

  • 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with a track record of carrying and hitting meaningful quota
  • Demonstrated success as a consistent top performer
  • Experience selling HRIS/HCM, payroll, or global payroll products is a strong plus
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment where you help create the process
  • Strong communication skills and fluency in English


Location: Based in Bangalore. Rippling operates on a hybrid model - 3 days per week in the office.
