Senior Field Marketing Manager
About Rippling
Rippling gives businesses one place to run HR, IT, and Finance. It brings together all of the workforce systems that are normally scattered across a company, like payroll, expenses, benefits, and computers. For the first time ever, you can manage and automate every part of the employee lifecycle in a single system.
Take onboarding, for example. With Rippling, you can hire a new employee anywhere in the world and set up their payroll, corporate card, computer, benefits, and even third-party apps like Slack and Microsoft 365—all within 90 seconds.
Based in San Francisco, CA, Rippling has raised $1.4B+ from the world’s top investors—including Kleiner Perkins, Founders Fund, Sequoia, Greenoaks, and Bedrock—and was named one of America's best startup employers by Forbes.

About the role
Rippling is transforming how businesses operate, and as we continue to grow, we're scaling our demand generation engine to reach new audiences, create demand, and drive meaningful business impact.
That's where you come in.
As a Senior Field Marketing Manager, you'll help shape and execute high-impact field marketing programs that build relationships, create demand, generate net-new pipeline, and accelerate existing opportunities. Working closely with Sales leadership and cross-functional marketing teams, you'll be a key partner in translating business priorities into creative, scalable programs that connect Rippling with the right audiences and drive measurable revenue impact.
We're looking for someone who brings strategic thinking, strong execution, and a passion for building meaningful experiences. You're relentlessly focused on results, constantly looking for ways to optimize performance, improve conversion, and maximize impact. You'll challenge traditional B2B marketing playbooks, experiment with new approaches, and help evolve how Rippling brings its brand to life in the field.
What you will do
- Help shape and execute field marketing plans. Partner with field marketing leadership to develop plans aligned with business priorities, sales objectives, and pipeline goals. Own programs from planning through execution and optimization.
- Drive net-new pipeline and accelerate opportunities. Build high-impact programs that generate qualified pipeline, engage target accounts, and accelerate opportunities, with a relentless focus on improving results.
- Be a strategic partner to Sales. Build strong relationships with Sales leadership and go-to-market teams to align priorities, identify opportunities, and drive effective engagement and follow-up.
- Create differentiated field experiences. Develop innovative programs across owned events, third-party conferences, executive experiences, and other field marketing initiatives.
- Own program budgets and execution. Manage event calendars, budgets, vendors, and execution while maximizing efficiency and ROI.
- Share learnings and performance metrics. Ensure the right metrics are tracked, keep leadership and cross-functional partners informed, and identify opportunities to optimize performance.
- Build for scale and innovation. Develop repeatable playbooks, streamline processes, and experiment with new approaches to drive greater impact.
What you will need
- Proven expertise in field marketing. You understand how to reach target audiences through the right mix of events, partnerships, and experiences that generate pipeline and maximize ROI.
- A hacker's mentality. You obsess over finding creative ways to improve performance, maximize efficiency, and scale successful programs.
- 6+ years of experience in field marketing, demand generation, or event marketing, ideally within a high-growth SaaS or technology company.
- Salesforce and Outreach knowledge is strongly preferred.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity. You adapt quickly, take ownership, and find a path forward even when the roadmap isn't clear.
- Strong attention to detail. You manage multiple programs, budgets, and priorities while delivering exceptional experiences.
- A hands-on mentality. You're willing to roll up your sleeves and do what it takes to get the job done.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. You're comfortable engaging directly with executives, Sales leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Bias for speed. You thrive in fast-moving environments, make decisions quickly, and maintain momentum while driving measurable results.
